Hugo completed his physiotherapy studies at Oxford Brookes University and has a strong passion for helping people stay active and achieve their goals. With a background in football, he particularly enjoys working with sporting and musculoskeletal injuries, supporting individuals to recover and return to the activities they love.

Having completed the Jersey Marathon in 2024, Hugo has set his sights on finishing the Paris Marathon in 2026. His personal experience with endurance sports gives him a great appreciation of the importance of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimisation.
