Under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. The Jersey Sports & Spinal Clinic Ltd is registered with the Register of Data Controllers, registration number 16955.
We collect personal information from you when you request information about our products and services, including your name, phone number and email address. We use the lawful basis of consent for this purpose.
We keep information on your activity with us, including your visits to our site. We use this personal information to deal with your requests and offer you other products and services. We only retain this information until we have processed your enquiry.
Information we collect about you will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent or the requestor’s demonstrated legal authority to receive it.
Under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 you have a right of access to your data, the right for any mistakes to be rectified and the right of erasure. Please contact the clinic should you have any concerns regarding the way we process your personal data or to request a copy of the data we process on your behalf.
Should your personal data that we control be lost, stolen or otherwise breached and where this constitutes a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will contact you without delay. We will give you the contact details of the Data Protection Officer who is dealing with the breach,
explain to you the nature of the breach and the steps we are taking to deal with it.
