Chaperone Policy
Chaperone Policy
All clients are welcome to be accompanied/have a chaperone present for any consultation or treatment where they feel one is required. Alternatively, the clinician may feel that it is appropriate to have a chaperone present and will explain their reasoning at that time. If a chaperone is offered, clients have the right to decline this. We reserve the right to defer the appointment if we deem it inappropriate to proceed with the assessment without a chaperone and, where necessary, to offer another mutually convenient appointment with another physiotherapist in the clinic.
Unaccompanied Minors Policy: all children (under the age of 16) must be accompanied by an appropriate adult (parent or guardian) at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse to treat an unaccompanied minor and to charge you £40.
