I grew up in South Africa and started my working career in South Africa in small hotel resorts and pubs, retail, and communications. I moved to Ireland in 2002 and worked in some of the best, most well-known and reputed hospitality locations in Dublin. I spent 7 years building my career in management before moving to Portsmouth for 2 and a half years, prior to traveling to Australia where I worked in sales.Since returning from Australia I moved to Jersey in 2013 where I did 6 seasons at a family resort hotel before taking on a GM position in a pub with rooms. During the last 4 years, I have been involved in setting up and managing a business and assisting in supporting the administrative functions of a few hospitality businesses. After the birth of my son in 2022 I decided to make a change in focus on my work and personal goals and joined the JSSC.Having always had an interest in the human anatomy and how the body works, I thought this would be a good opportunity to explore the vastly complex and dynamic field, whilst using my current skill set to support the functions of the clinic.My aim has always been to look after people, and I am looking forward to continue doing this in the clinic.
